Foundry

TowerJazz, the global specialty foundry leader, manufactures integrated circuits for more than 150 customers worldwide. We offer the widest range of customizable CMOS specialty wafer processes and provide world-class design enablement tools for the quickest path to design success. In addition to digital CMOS process technology, TowerJazz offers specialty CMOS processes with geometries ranging from 1.0- to 0.13-micron, including: SiGe, BiCMOS, Mixed-Signal & RFCMOS, CMOS Image Sensor (CIS), Power Management (BCD), and Embedded Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) as well as CMOS + MEMS integrated capabilities. Our offerring includes all stages of  SOC Design with embedded CPUs  from Spec to shipment of good dice. Our SoC vendor is an authorised design house by both ARM and MIPS. 

In addition we represents RF design capabilities including all stages from IP spec till complete RF modules on PCB  Our SED design Service provider customise diffrent ESD solution for the customer and provide ad-hoc ESD consulting services
